2 Bedroom / 2 Bath Apartment starts at $1,100.00 (Garden)

2 Bedroom / 1.5 Bath Town-home starts at  $1,200.00

2 Bedroom / 2.5 Bath Town-home starts at $1,300.00

The application fee is $35 per applicant.  

The standard security deposit for a 12-month lease is the equivalent of one-months rent.

Pet Policy

Additional monthly fee with approved pet application, Dogs $50.00 per Month, Cats $35.00. Additional Pet Security Deposit, $300.00 per pet. Pets must be licensed in 

Summit County (dog).

Garages - For licensed vehicles only, No household, construction, or other storage permitted. $35.00 per month term, or $45.00 Month-to-Month.

Water/ Sewer:  Per month based on occupancy. 

$35 first occupant, add $10 each additional. 

Internet/Cable:  Spectrum Streaming TV Essentials and wi-fi 500 mbps 

$75.00 per month

All units include stove/oven, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer and in unit washer/dryer.

Short Term Leases-
The standard rates for short term leases are as follows: 

9 month-Market Price Plus $100 per month, plus all other applicable fees.
6 month-Market Price Plus $200.00 per month, plus all other applicable fees.
3 Month- Market Price Plus $300.00 per month, plus all other applicable fees.
